Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and our online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Our platform provides online appointment booking, phone consultations, patient portal access, and related healthcare management services. These services supplement but do not replace the professional medical judgement of your healthcare provider.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments booked through our platform are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on online booking privileges.
5. Phone Consultations
Remote appointments are conducted as scheduled phone calls: a clinician will call you at the agreed time on the number we hold for you. You are responsible for keeping that number up to date and being available in a private environment. Phone consultations are not suitable for all medical conditions; your practitioner may advise an in-person visit.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain reliable and accurate services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
